COME AND CRAFT WITH US! KAY SANDERFORD WILL TEACH US HOW TO MAKE A DECO MESH WREATH JUST IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS! INVITE A FRIEND! IT’S GOING TO BE A GREAT NIGHT OF FUN, FOOD, AND FELLOWSHIP!
WHEN: MON, NOV 5, 6-9 PM
WHERE: NEW SANCTUARY HALLWAY FRONT HALLWAY (Light & bright with plenty of room!)
WREATH KIT FEE: $25.00 … INCLUDES 2 ROLLS of DECO MESH, the WREATH BASE, PLENTY of ZIP TIES (a wreath-maker’s best friend) AND DINNER
The supplies included in your fee will make a basic Deco Mesh wreath. There will be a variety of Christmas and neutral colors of mesh to choose from! (If you have specific color requests, please let us know in advance.)
You will also need to bring two rolls of coordinating ribbon of different widths to class. You will need 6-7 yards of EACH ribbon. It is recommended one roll of ribbon be 2.5 to 3 inches wide and the other be 1.5 to 2 inches wide. Wired ribbon works best and be careful about choosing a directional pattern … the pattern can end up being upside down!
Also bring anything you want to use to decorate your wreath … flowers, worded signs, other decorations and embellishments! Check your “craft closet” so you don’t have to buy these extras! Think about whether you want to make a Christmas wreath, a Fall wreath or perhaps a non-seasonal wreath, and plan your ribbon & supplies accordingly.
You will also need to bring the following supplies to class:
1. Scissors (not your good fabric-cutting scissors)
2. 12” Ruler (if you have one)
3. Wire cutters (if you have any)
